I said the same when I saw the typical bitching about it being banned as they try to lie it’s not being taught in schools. If it’s not being taught then banning it wouldn’t do anything or be a problem and just like that they played themselves. The same morons that believe a demented old man that shat himself is of sound mind because there’s a D in his name when he pretty much has done and did everything they bitched Trump did. Virginia wasn’t a wake-up call for them because they are still blaming white people trump and Nazis on people hating them their lies and their fascism.

I love this pivot to arguing that it doesn’t exist after months of arguing about what it is and attempting to mandate its inclusion in education. As if their own inclination to memory hole obligates us to do the same. We’re now being told we can’t ban a subject that doesn’t exist that’s been mandated for inclusion in schools because it doesn’t really mean what it says in its textbooks.

What’s even the point of Critical Race Theory? It’s basically like, history. Except white people are racist or something. That’s what I get out of it.

The idea is that every problem that has ever existed and ever will exist is the fault of white people. Only white people are racist, and they can never stop being racist, so they have to attend weekly struggle sessions and flog themselves publicly for the sin of being white. The only cure for past racism is present and future racism against white people. White people have to be enslaved, and surrender all their money and property to non-white people and then kill themselves and then when there are zero white people left the world will become Wakanda and kangz will fly around in space pyramids and live forever without any crime or disease.
 
Also, all the famous white people who invented stuff and accomplished things (Julius Caesar, Leonardo Davinci, George Washington, Thomas Edison, etc.) were all really black people and then white people, despite being inferior, somehow got the upper hand and enslaved black people and rewrote history to take credit for all the black inventions. Everything that was ever invented was invented by black people because melanin is literally magic, and the darker your skin the more literal magic you have to fly around and use telekinesis and shit.

Also, the black guy from the fictional propaganda movie Buck Breaking has green skin like a Martian. I didn’t know there was an interplanetary slave trade.

Dude who studied and let’s just say one of the beneficiaries from CRT here. It’s a real legal theory. Basically, the United States is a racist system itself. Racism isn’t a personal flaw and didn’t disappear when civil rights passed in 1960s. There was still laws and systems in place that were and are made out of racism and racist practices that exist. What leftist and liberals do is play a schematic game and narrow it down to the narrowest definition of this, just being some legal theory, but it did have a significant influence on our society and culture. You know intersectionality? Guess what, the person who came up with that, Kimberle Crenshaw, is a CRT theorist.

A lot of the current wokeness spreading through HR and schools does originate from concepts like this. I am less apt in calling what is in schools and HR training CRT. I think is the right wingers just trying to find a convenient “branding”. CRT is easier then a mouthful explaining postmodern feminist Marxism and or being bewildered at all the changes and just saying “successor ideology”.
 
Now, reading a lot of the source documents, left leaners like ourselves probably won’t disagree over everything CRT posits like the right wingers do, but it has some serious problems. Remember Bernie Sanders add here? CRT can even see this as something evil. Any and all attempt to pull a common meaning based on some shared meaning, be it patriotism even basic shared humanity, can be dissolved of any positive meaning by those on high peek CRT and related ideas. Still, I oppose them quite strongly on my own. I mean, stuff like this is the kind of stuff that is only going to spread white supremacy!
 
As for me, I think the systems have some systemic racism but class ultimately matters more. Something stupid that all the race baiters on both sides of fail to notice is that a lot of poor white areas having similar societal collapse to poor black ones. Now, I hate Tucker Carlson but this quote of his is one of the best I have ever heard on our current state of society

Tell that to pride parades.

Gay pride parades exist because straight people have had complete control for so long. They were also a small thing at one point before the media decided gay was the best thing ever. I won’t argue the media’s over glorification of LGBT people but I wouldn’t call anyone LGBT flaunting a fetish. I’m sure some do, but in general saying gay is a fetish is like saying straight is a fetish.

The problem with pride parades is the same problem as with racial pride celebrations. It’s not about being a homofag, it’s about not being straight. Just as black/hispanic/etc pride is about not being white.
