So I got Factorio. On the off chance that anyone was wondering “why isn’t that smug lovebutt faggot shitting up the comments” yesterday, that was why. I didn’t even notice the time pass. The day was just suddenly over.

Pretty addicting and fun, in’it? Satisfactory will keep you occupied for a few days too…tho not as exciting since there’s no repercussions to polluting and plundering resources In one spot like in Factorio.

I find the Mac-10 more useful than anything else. They like to hide behind cover you can just run up and blast them.
 
Fifty rounds with faster running, SMGs are far from obsolete.

That was me with EaW at the beginning of the year, so I feel that

Legend of Mana has been out for only three days and I’ve already spent more time creating a mod that adds replaces the Xinput glyphs with DualShock glyphs than I have actually playing the game. The hell is wrong with me?

As Azure said, what Diablo 3 should have been. Very active devs always making new and free content for the game…except for cosmetics, naturally, but they’re 100% optional and don’t give you any kind of advantages.

It could be argued that stash tabs are pretty P2W (especially the maps tab), but that’s the only thing and they drop the price almost every weekend like they don’t even care to sell them in the first place.

I noticed that the days seemed darker and the water had turned green. And that I can’t see fish in the latter anymore. Nice touch.

I’ve considered getting that before but I hear a lot of people say that it runs like complete ass on modern hardware/operating systems.

I always thought of it as “what if Diablo fucked Final Fantasy 10”. You’ve got the genre and mechanics of Diablo built atop the sphere grid of FF10.

The only thing that sucks tho is that you never run out of water. It’d be cool to see an entire ocean progressively dwindle away from having multiple water pumps sucking the water out.

I was worried about that at first! I’m kind of glad, though. With everything else I’ve got to manage, having to worry about the water running dry and knocking my entire system offline mid-game when the aliens are getting into their asshole phase would be too much.

Not really, it runs fine on my rig. Then again, I disabled 3d units because 1 they’re dumb and 2 they tank performance

What, you don’t want the nonfunctional rockets covering the map and never despawning?

Square Enix finally listened… in the most asinine way possible, but still. Final Fantasy I - VI are getting proper pixel remasters, the abhorrent failures that are the current V and VI are being delisted from Steam, and the games are set to start releasing in July. This includes what will be the first ever release of an “original” version of Final Fantasy III in the United States, as opposed to the reinvisionments that have been sold since the NDS.
 
Loving the improvements to the backgrounds, but the sprites still feel like they could use a little work. Maybe just a little more contrast (old on top, new bottom):

Fuck yeah! I played the SHIT out of the true FF3 via fan translation many years ago. That game was FUN.
 
Fingers crossed that Dragon Quest 7 will eventually get the same treatment. I ain’t touching that garbage re-release with the 3D graphics and the “fixed” translation.

GTA 4 has this annoying habit of making everything look like San Fierro, and when I want stormy weather with my death metal the lightning never lasts very long.
 
I don’t like that bluish filter. It’s hideous!

I finally picked up the new Smash Bros and it’s a lot of fun!  
Also a lot of bullshit! Gimmick stages, like ones with strong winds are pretty annoying, but overall the game is really great. So far I’ve been maining Sheikah

It’s been a few days, and I’m basically bored with Oddyssey now, just like what happened with Origins. I don’t like the direction they’ve taken with the series. I guess I’m done with AC, at least until they come up with a new framework.
