I haven’t seen much of the sun either,but it’s because I’m working 10-11 hour nightshifts.  
They start at seven,and sundown is around four or five,right when I get out of bed.

Nah, this is a test I kinda want to fail.

People who aren’t comfortable enough to build their own PCs, and go to someone else to have it done… Should probably at least consider the advice they are given by said person.
 
I get that you want your PC to be pretty to show it off on your stream, but your rig won’t be able to stream higher than 720p (if that) with these specs because you want to spend money on a pretty case that could instead be used on a better GPU with NVENC so you aren’t overworking your budget CPU.
