Could you imagine, as an artist, how overwhelmingly complicated a watchlist like that would get? It would literally come down to AND’ing and OR’ing individual pics for certain things. And what if, say, there’s an oc in the foreground of a pic, some random pony in the background of a pic, and somebody thinks that random pony is X oc? Then you can’t even filter on “no oc’s” or something blanket thing like that.
 
At least with this feature, it’d make life a ton easier.

Add the milestones/badges, when everything has been fixed and running

Daily database dumps. Helps archivers save the site on a daily basis. Simply (though it’s never so simple) run a cron job every day to dump certain tables and columns into a file and serve it!

I kinda want an off topic board, or at least a video game board.
 
Maybe a chill/positive vibe posting board like BYOB on SA

An option to delete one’s account.
 
Continuous scroll instead of a 50 per page picture limit.

Edit: Sorry. i just got off of Furbooru, where some of the old RPers from that forum are and making the same request, and they, of course, made lots of drama about it. Roping me in it for stupid reasons. And this left a bad taste in my mouth regarding this. But, now that I have had a moment to think, I realize that those people aren’t here, and that this will probably be more beneficial than not. So, I take back what I said.

There is a way to offer or add some support for writing documents?  
like some kind of pdf reader or display
 
it would help to expand the content Pool on ponybooru and it could be a great difference between this and any other boooru

There’s fimfiction which would be hard to match in features and reading comfort, but greentext is an untapped niche that currently has no central place to post.
 
Pretty sure this kind of stuff is already planned, btw.

The thing whit fanfiction is that there are a good amount of people and authors that left that place already  
Some because they just got in the wrong side of a few admins, Others have found a great block in the publishing queue because their fics were not ”good enough”  
And a few more permanently banned because, they wanted to write lolicon or were too ”toxic” for the community

If it ends up with them, it’s probably gonna have them anyways, regardless of formatting.

Something that bugs me on these upload dumps people is making is that comic pages are being uploaded randomly, and when you try to browse them with their tag the pages are all desorganized.
 
A pool feature would really help a lot so in case someone wants to browse to a comic on the proper order can do it.

Well green text is not Exactly something that writers are interested in use  
And although I’m sure that yes fimfiction is the usual place to publish those things another platform interested on fully support any kind of content would be an excellent option for many artists or autors

Some people already mentioned it, there should be badges. Reason: That would be cool.

Maybe a badge for people who joined within the first two weeks of the site?

Ability to have multiple different-rated avatars (SFW/NSFW, shows one depending on current filter). Some sites have that.

How does one get a custom badge? Or is that possible?

Greentext does get written though, and there is no real good archive for it right now. Most people use pastebin for this, but free pastebin accounts can be - and were! - deactivated, purged and given to paying customers. I don’t know if anything of value was actually lost this way, but that’s only because people are aware of the problem and backing everything up.
 
If a booru provided means to archive text documents, the problem would be no more.
