Can he be allowed back? He wasn’t convicted, but he wasn’t acquitted, either. As far as the law is concerned, it’s a perpetual cold case. He’s still a suspect, they just aren’t doing anything about it because he’s not judged fit to stand trial.

Chris was sighted at the Ruckersville Food Lion the same day his car was seen at the house. He appeared to be under supervision, so he’s probably still at a group home, and not turned loose. If he is still supervised, I don’t know why his handler would be ok with him showing up at the house, though.

I was wondering if perhaps he just dropped by to pick up some of his possessions. Perhaps he wanted to visit his mom again. Or both.

I suppose we’ll have to wait to find out, though him being at the grocery store suggests he’s going to stay a while.

As far I know, he cannot contact Barb ever again because his relatives do not want to let him to ever get close to her or the house. Also, the house legally belongs to Barbara, so Chris has no legal rights to be there unless there’s a will stating that the house (and all the debts linked to it) will be inherited to Chris once Barb is no more.
Of course, Chris can’t keep himself from being Chris amd so he has already said he wants his mom to just die already so he could inherit the house and everthing inside of it.

I doubt Barbara would inherit the house to Chris. Instead, it’s assumed that her family will take control of the house to sell it while Barb is still alive to cover for her medical and living expenses, especially since KF revealed that Barb has no medical insurance and is legally registred as an indigent.

I doubt Chris is smart enough to plot and execute something like that.

And even if he did inherit the house, he probably couldn’t afford the property taxes. He would probably have to sell it to pay off credit card debt or something.

Chris isn’t smart enough to take care of the house all by himself and there’s a limit at how much money his enablers would be willing to throw at him once Chris blasts his tugboat on candy and toys and then starts to beg for money to pay the bills and buy food (actually buy more candy and toys while his debt keeps piling up.)

So I’ve been hearing people say that he’s back with his mother. I don’t want to believe that because it’s fucking retarded, but then so is the idea of him wriggling out of punishment for raping his own senile mother. And yet here we are. So it wouldn’t surprise nearly as much as it should to learn that he’d somehow filed for & obtained guardianship of her.

He will be back in prison anytime just like EDP445 if he commit a crime again.

According to KiwiFarms (and a ween who camped out waiting to see Chris) the house is actually empty, with some automatic lights on, but nobody inside, neither Chris or his mom. The lights also revealed that the clutter that filled the rooms is gone.
So basically, the lights are on, but no one is home. Just like Chris.

He was considered not competent to stand trial (and thus never got convicted because the trial couldn’t proceed), and the legal system couldn’t decide what to do with him. After spending over a year in jail, he probably also got credit for time served, so in the eyes of the law he’s already been punished.

The Cwcki says there was another sighting yesterday, and he was accompanied by the same woman who was with him at the Food Lion. This would suggest that he lives in a group home under full-time supervision and that his signting at 14BC was just a day trip.

Chris was spotted, chased and recorded by a ween, who was immediately called out and perma blacklisted from ever accessing Kiwifarms or any place where he could get the clout he wanted so badly. (KF’s #1 rule: Loot at the poo, talk about the poo, but never touch the poo.)
Still, the ween revealed that Chris is indeed being watched by a tard wrangler and that no, Chris isn’t living at his old house, so his previous spotting there was most probably Chris being allowed to pick up some of his belongings before being yeeted out. For the record, the young, pretty blonde girl acting as Chris’ tard wrangler should be trained to beat the everliving crap out of Chris if he ever tries to get grabby or try his soul healing bullshit with her, so that’s already something worth waiting for.

Chris is too retarded to be sent to a regular prison, but he’s not retarded enough to be sent to a tard home, so he’s a legal nightmare to deal with. Still, give him some time and he will do something horrible enough to put his ass behind bars for another couple years or so.
