Whenever I want an answer to a question in a dream I either don’t get one or the answer I’m given is complete nonsense.

I feel like there was a subtle backhand in there. Good to see you’re still alive, though.

I was somewhere in the U.S. just past the border with Mexico driving and minding my own business. Soon I committed two crimes, don’t know what they were. I was now an outlaw. Later I caused two fires of considerable magnitude. I abandoned my car and walked until I reached the border. The border consisted of a thin (I think painted) line dividing the two countries. No checkpoints, no wall or fence, not even the river; just a line in the dirt. A jogger passed by and I walked along the border on the U.S. side. At some point I distanced myself from the border. I walked back to where I originally came from and turned myself in to the cops. I was taken to what must have been the jail and into a small cell which was not particularly interesting. Eric Delko from CSI: Miami came into my cell and asked me questions.

I occasionally dream about the end of the world. My latest “apocalypse” dream involved a beach with an incomplete school building consisting of a basketball courtyard with a half-cylinder sheet metal roof, restrooms, and a kitchen (I think) on the second floor, atop the restrooms. The entire construction was elevated about a half meter from the beach floor and very close to the sea line. A massive tempest raged and a massive fleet of flying saucers, somewhat obscured by the clouds, blanketed the sky and began abducting literally everyone on earth, except anyone inside the restrooms or the kitchen. Only one (or two?) person was in those and I think it was me though I don’t remember exactly.

I just haven’t felt much like interacting with even the better parts of what is left of the fandom.
 

 
To get things on topic, I did have a rather vivid pony dream a few days ago. I didn’t exactly remember whether the things I saw were the canon to the show things I mention, or if it just seemed like it after waking because we had similar relations.
 
So, I’m a filly (Apple Bloom?) in this one. I’m in an orchard (Sweet Apple Acres?) with two other fillies (Sweetie Belle? and Scootaloo?). We are avoiding addressing some sort of problem. Then a sisterly adult mare (Applejack?) says that we need to address the problem because we are “not little fillies anymore”.
 
I literally have no idea what that problem could be.

I’ve been wondering that too

I wonder what happened to Fleur. Haven’t seen them around in a while. Hope they’re just sleeping in.

When you mix baking soda and off brand coca-cola it makes plastic. Knowing this to be impossible I asked relevant questions and tried to examine the specimen. It transformed into something that looked kind of like a sock called a “mass antenna” that made me so uncomfortable that I almost immediately woke up.

Just had a computer dream where I was hacked. I am entirely focused on the computer, and have little awareness of myself or anything else.
 
It starts, I’m playing some sort of 3D platformer. The player character is a quadruped, perhaps a wolf. He has some sort of “forward dash jump” move that I could use to dodge enemies and leap between small platforms. I remember there being ground enemies, flying enemies, and some sort of weird NPCs.
 
I quit that game, and begin browsing Steam for something else. I come across some sort of racing game that is on sale. I scroll down to the reviews, but they are filled with memes and other strange images, even though I’m fairly certain you can’t actually put images in Steam reviews.
 
At this point someone else starts controlling my computer. They open a weird checklist with boxes with logos for different media franchises; including logos for many games I’ve played, but also sports teams from sports I literally never watched. Some of these logo boxes are lit up, while others are not.
 
They begin browsing through my files. I panic “nonononononononono”. Then I somehow realise there isn’t any important information on the computer, so I calm down and decide to write them an ironic “thank you” message. I open a basic graphical text editor, maybe Windows Notepad. Every key I press either makes a random letter or types out a generic line that seems to be ripped from some program. At this point I think it is clearly time to restart the computer.
 
I press the physical power button to restart. The computer now goes into the BIOS, looks almost like my real one. The hacker’s logo is there too. The OS restarts, and I can clearly see that there are two cursors. I can move one, but the hacker controls the other one. Then the checklist comes back and they finish going through it. I try again to write a “thank you” message, and fail. When they finish, they open up an image editor and import an original and rather well-made monochrome pony drawing. It looks to be a family of four earth ponies. Then I wake up.

Shotguns

Every time I dream about computers it’s either about a virus or an infinitude of recursively nested porn folders that never contain what I’m looking for.

I don’t know where else to share this, so might as well put it here.
 
The hot summer weather always wrecks my sleep. I felt tired and generally awful this morning. Slept for a few hours today and had this dream:
 
Everything around seemed totally undefined. I couldn’t recognise shapes or objects except for one shape which looked vaguely like the shadow of a tree. I just know I was on some kind of quest. I also saw what looked simply to be a grid of dots, 5 rows and 10 columns. This “ghost” would put me into a time loop each time I encountered it. And I could feel that it was absolutely malevolent.
 
Woke up overheated and generally feeling even more tired.

I slept about 5 hours and was woken up maybe 6 times during that sleep, so it was quite interesting. I had two interesting dreams. The whole time I was in a bizarre state that was not quite awake and not quite asleep. My mind was with me completely and the settings were all realistic, with nothing fantastical happening.
 
In the first dream I was talking to a man in the living room. He was a few inches taller than me. I don’t know who he was. He seemed bald or with very fine stubble on his head. I was talking about reality itself and what’s behind it all. As I spoke I was able to see what I was talking about, not as pictures in my mind but floating out there in space. I was describing reality as I saw it in front of my own eyes.
 
At the bottom level was Mind, which is synonymous with God. It is from Mind that all things arise. Above that are concepts, things like mathematics and Platonic forms, and above that the physical laws of the world. The raw facts about the world, how many atoms there are, what elements combine together to form molecules, the planets, all trivia of all kinds sits above that. Creative thoughts are above that, and above that are concrete thoughts, since they take less mind power to think. Above that are the two kinds of people, in their kind, the intellectual and the physical, and then animals and plants, and then simple organisms who only know basic prehension. It’s a feeling – the feeling of feeling; the feeling of having feelings. Even the simplest living things feel something, and that most basic sensation links them with the Mind that sits at the foundation of everything. Sitting at the very top, as the very crust of reality, is non-living matter, which is so inert that it convinces us of the illusion of physicality. We don’t realize the world is like a substantiated dream because it all feels so solid.
 
In the second dream I was outside. I had gone outside after checking the freezer and finding a TV dinner there, which meant I didn’t have to get anything else to eat. Outside I was in a different place. It was a city with buildings made of blue stone and an overcast sky that had just finished letting out a little rain. Everything was wet. I was talking to a British man and we were having great fun. We walked out into a little park or green space in the middle of two streets with buildings on either side.
 
We got to the subject of having kids and he mentioned an alleged fact about how British sperm was superior to that of other nationalities. I half-jokingly replied that I’d rather enjoy multiple attempts at having a baby over his guarantee if it meant not having a baby with crooked British teeth. We both laughed at that.
 
He took out a cigarette and a match and tried to light it off his fingernail, but it wouldn’t light because the match had gotten damp too. The match broke in half and he started rubbing the two halves together trying to start a fire. I asked him if he had ever started a fire by rubbing sticks together and somehow he managed to get an ember going. “What do you call that?” he said with a satisfied smirk. “An ember,” I replied. A dry leaf, probably the only one in the whole area, lofted down into my hands and I placed it on the ember to get the fire started. He didn’t seem to mind holding the burning leaf in his hand but told me to gather more material for the fire. I looked around at the leaves in the grass that were all wet and picked several though I was convinced they were too wet to sustain a fire. I placed them on a little bare patch of dirt next to a wrought iron bench and he placed the burning leaf on the pile.
 
I woke up and saw the whole world fade away like a fine mist and I was back in my bed.

I hate school dreams the most.

Most of the time, my dreams will be one of these three scenarios:
 
-exploring a giant mansion with various rooms, some of which are ridiculous, like having a 7-Eleven store in the kitchen
 
-driving or being driven around in a vehicle at incredibly fast speeds on busy city streets where stopping and turning without hitting anything would be impossible
 
-going to school, either a high school or a college, and having difficulty finding the right class room or repeatedly forgetting to do an assignment that’s supposed to be turned in soon.
 
What does it all mean?!

I have dreams where I see dead pets and I know they shouldn’t be there alot. Occasionally I see dead relatives or friends who have long since disappeared from my life. The lucid dreams where I get to play with my dog or my cats are the best. I’ve even seen the pet spider I had,and I drop ants in her web just like it’s 2015 again.

I had a dream that’s been bothering me for the last two months. A couple days after mom died, I had a dream her, dad, and I were watching TV in the living room. I don’t know if I gained lucidity or what, but I confusedly ask her “Why are you here?”.
 
She turns her head and looks me in the eyes before fading away like a green screen effect. I panic and say “No, wait” and immediately wake up.
 
Maybe it’s a dumb thing to dwell on, but it genuinely bothers me.

All I remember from a rather complex dream: setting off fireworks indoors for some reason.

I had a dream last night where i lost a competition or something i cant remember, maybe something artsy idk  
I got really REALLY angry at losing so i magically grew very big and tall. (Maybe 20 feet tall?)
 
after that i ate an entire tree out of frustration. I can remember the texture, it was chewy yet also dry
 
And woke up sweaty :/

I’ve had a bunch of dreams where I found a cool thing and then woke up and did have it.
 
In one dream I bought something and the clerk didn’t give me my change. When I went out for a walk I found the exact right amount of change in the street.
 
In another dream I was looking for this cool ring for some reason and when I woke up I did find a cool ring.

I just had a very unpleasant dream where my grandparents were part of a cult. It was also one of those dreams where I have new memories. Very disturbing.  
I think I prefer the dreams where I find a cool thing,only to wake up and not have it.

In one dream I was watching a woodpecker hammer away at the roof. It seemed so real. It was very loud and I could feel the vibration. I was watching from a window when two other birds scared it away.
 
In another dream I was a dad with maybe 3 kids. We were all playing outside when the dog all of a sudden became rabid and started attacking. I fended it off long enough for everyone to go inside by shoving my arm in its mouth. That really hurt.
 
I was no longer outside with the dog, I was at an army base. We were surrounded by very bad CGI zombies. I managed to kill two of them with a big knife like a machete or something.

Had a dream where I was an assassin like in Skyrim. I was sneaking around inside this large wooden building full of elves. I stealth-kill one with a dagger. Then I come to a huge staircase. The elf leader is there. He doesn’t see me. But I panic, and stand up, which makes him see me.

I had a dream once. Not like Dr. King, the kind where you’re asleep and see pictures in your head. It didn’t seem like a dream at first, I thought it was real. I probably mentioned it here before, but I’m not going through 5 pages to find out, so if I did I’ll just repeat myself.
 
I received a message that said I was allowed to go home. I got everything ready, said my goodbyes, and made it to the rendezvous point. I was so happy.
 
And then I woke up.
 
I wanted to die.

Just had a dream that was a totally normal car trip in a city, as passenger. I never looked at the driver. Except near the end, there was a sniper on a roof. He was quite scary, as he was certainly aiming at me. After that we pass a ton of not interested in us soldiers. They didn’t look chinese, but their uniforms did display five stars like the ones on the chinese flag.
