Maybe give that some more thought. That picture was made in kisekae, it’s all pregenerated content. Without the rest of the image it doesn’t have any connection to MLP anymore and is just a pair of premade boots and jeans.

You should still always report that kind of stuff to the authority. E621 and Paheal have done the same thing in the past. Even just implying they are wanting to do something illegal still means they plan on committing such a crime. Regardless if it’s just a person trolling or not. Trolls have actually been arrested for stuff like this in the past for going WAY too far with it.

Do not clog up the report queue with duplicate reports just because something such as an artist takedown request wasn’t dealt with in a timely manner. Not only does it waste your own open report limit, but it’s also quite rude and unnecessary.
