Report: Rule #3: Once again, they uploaded another spikeabuse image and didn’t even bother tagging it when they have been told multiple times to do so. It is important that they do this so our filters will do what they are supposed to do.

Report: Rule #3: Apparently people are still not tagging this kind of shit with “spikeabuse” despite being reminded multiple times to do so. So that mine other users filters will actually do what they are supposed to.  
Action Taken: Both reports were for the same thing and concerning the same uploader. The uploader themselves was messaged and warned against continuing this.

Report: Rule #5: Not a report against the image but rather against the people downvoting, many of the images under this artist tag are downvoted into negatives. I believe some of these people should just filter the artist tag at this point instead of constantly downvoting all images under it.
 
If you’re reading this, you should be able to see which users downvoted a certain image. If the same users are downvoting many images under this tag and not filtering, they should be warned to stop.
 
Remember,
 
This especially applies to artist tags. If you have personal issues with an artist, the site’s voting functionality is not a way to handle it.
 
Action Taken: Multiple users reminded of the rules and warned about future serial downvoting offences.

Mass downvoting is meant as a single user downvoting tons of images from an artist or under a tag, or more rarely a user creating numerous accounts specifically to downvote an image or multiple images like mentioned above. In this case, the use of filters is urged.
 
A bunch of users deciding individually that a certain image warrants a downvote is not by any means ‘mass downvoting’ so you’re fine.
