Yesterday I played Apex Legends outside of training on my Lenovo Ideapad 320, equipped with an AMD A12 CPU and 20GB of RAM and an integrated Radeon graphics chipset (likely an r7-type) via Origin. It was quite laggy in a number of areas and the connection cut off a couple of times. I was playing Duos, and even though I got no kills, my and the other play I was with did manage to outlast many others before getting killed by another duo, one of whom played as Wraith. I am certain its more than just my internet connection. Things such as drivers, game settings for video, and the type of drive can have an impact on performance. Luckily, I plan on tinkering with the settings next time I want to play, as well as getting a SATA SSD of at least 512 GB, if not 750 GB in total capacity, to replace my current IDE HDD by sometime this Spring.
