Also wanted to point something, what’s the position with Raptorshy? I don’t remember well, but it’s like in a beginning she was backstabbed by their own fellow staff and other users showed some support here and 4chan, I think.
But now she’s back in the DB staff like nothing happened and forgot the rest of support that others did to her. Does any have a concrete info about that event?

I avoided the forums for all eight years I’ve been on Derpi so before this went down I had no idea who any of the staffers were. When the flailing started I wasn’t even aware of the name Ciaran. What I did see was a mod called Derpy Whooves getting hyped as some kind of brilliant conflict resolution specialist. Then I saw his attempts to manage the crisis. He struck me as really greasy. Then the leaks started coming out and we learned in real time that his idea of negotiating is to talk out of both sides of his mouth and try to form an in group with whoever he’s dealing with right now by running down the other people he’s also dealing with behind their backs. Once the logs leaked he melted down really fast and started fighting with the chat.
I had no idea that he was an old guy. His attempts at customer service were pathetic and his claim to be some kind of public-facing expert was clearly delusional. From the way he handled himself I came away thinking he was a pimply faced twenty-something who was trying to play big boy for the first time.

Later, I remember how she locked the altboorus threads and also deleted comments of some people talking about them in Derpi, threatening with baning anyone who keeps talking about the drama.
She was simply a spy or at least a snake in my opinion, I trusted a very little on her and I’m glad she isn’t anymore in this place.

Raptorshy left of her own accord, but not before calling this place a shithole, and disenfranchising everyone involved with the project entirely.I do take it to heart when I fought to give someone a place to be, while also supporting them health wise and telling them they didn’t have to do anything if they weren’t up for it.This ended when they decided to say “I think I’ll help you guys set up some of the pages at the bottom” and the next day comes by the chat yelling at us for not doing the pages. This is unprofessional and completely uncalled for. She accepted the position offered to her of her own accord, and was given every chance to succeed.I’m sorry but those pages at the footer are not a priority of mine, and using their being gone as a reason to call this place a shit hole after you yourself said you’d take on the responsibility is just another nail in the proverbial coffin of not coming back.I hope she takes the time off, gets rest and gets over whatever has her feeling physically sick. But she’s not coming back here.

I have seen him playing favorites for some and baiting, stalking and openly insulting people he hates either by personal reasons or because they happen to disagree with his pets and he can’t have that.

From what I saw commented on /mlp/, Raptorshy turned out to be willing to backpedal and do whatever other people told her in exchange for some power, both on derpi and on outside communities as well.
She visited /mlp/ once to keep milking her “our guy” status until someone told her that an autistic user was openly insulting, baiting and mocking people to derail the Derpi Mod problem discussion thread, and Raptor did everything she could to try dodging the requests to go and collar the tard because it was obvious he was trying to get the thread locked. Eventually she caved in and accepted, but did it very rudely and the tard only got a few comments deleted before running to the brony cringe thread to yell and whine because he wanted to shitpost and the “boring” people told him to stop and stuff.
And then he kept derailing, baiting and mocking people without a single warning, while other people get their comments deleted or even the banhammer for way less.

I saw him openly shitting and trying to rile up people on the derpibooru mod problem discussion thread, and only stopped when he was told he was making himself look like an asshole. That was a couple months or so ago.
Perhaps it will be better if we agree to disagree, since from what I remember about him, he was a condescending dick all the time, unless you were one of his pets.

Well damn, a delusional / ungrateful user that people showed compassion and support. To finally gave up at all and tricking people to continue the drama until ppl getting silenced or banned ’cause they pointed out her flaws and she getting triggered about it.

I remember when Chrys/DreamSoda was making/encouraging death threats, he was always there to support her and make sure she never faced consequences for it, as well as assist her when she ordered me around like a mod.
Since then, I have seen him do the exact opposite of that. This makes me think he at least improved somewhat.

i personally know armadilloeater and bolt, while the former has too much faith in the rest of staff because long-time friends and being a old-school romanticist, he is still pretty reasonable and can actually take a joke
bolt, despite her many, MANY flaws and odd quirks and all that, she is still someone who can be decently reasonable when push comes to shove, i mean what else has she done that can be considered “evil” besides being too open about her ferishes and that one art pack debacle

Well, I did once tell him that if derpibooru’s policies towards lgbt users was to ever change, he would first have to be murdered. He was the one who started talking about those people, he always seems to think if you’re not pro lgbt then youre out to exterminate them… okay, well, he is a liberal or leftist, so I shouldn’t be surprised.
But all he said was “Okay”. That was nice.
Tsp, on the other hand, is a jerk. Seriously, he claims everyone, who doesn’t agree with him, is a Nazi, but he’s the only one to ever use the term “subhumans” to describe a group of people. I don’t even refer people I detest as subhumans.
