There’s a pic of a few Derpi staffers attenting a convention (or something like that) and they all look exactly as you might imagine: a ghastly, creepy group of balding, obese middle aged men and some skinny, pale and freaky looking manchilds, all with the same vacant stare and icky aura around them.
The staff was okay with that pic making the rounds until the negative commenta about their age and looks piled up and so the pic vanished. It pops out now and then on /mlp/ and it makes everyone wonder how they all must look now.
Same goes for some pics showing part of Equestria Daily’s staff.

“Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules” is very useful if you are trying to break an organization that has a rigid structure, but as much as Saul Alinsky has some good points and his ‘13 rules for radicals’ work well against some hierarchical organizations or bureaucracies with rigid structures, they don’t work with agile or volunteer organizations.

Ok, with all the bs shown of the DB staff such as being complete dicks if certain opinion triggered them or they’re just hard heads that couldn’t process a critic against something.

DanielTepesKraus was the only staffer who only considered his mod status as a hobbly and not as a lifestyle, also enforced rules equally, had no favorites and had no problem to tell the staff’s pets to shut up and stop being annoying sperglords whenever they tried to play internet vigilante and pretended to tell everyone what opinion was okay to have and what was “wrong”
In fact, the show discussion threads immediately turned more tolerable and less idiotic whenever Kraus was back from his usual hiatuses and cracked down on the usual manchilds who couldn’t cope with a single critic or opinion that didn’t reflected their own.

So he’s the only decent staff from the site? Well, I haven’t got interaction with him once but I do remember will that he often disappears because of IRL stuff.
And frankly, is kinda a breath of fresh air to metion a normal DB mod, because it’s tiresome to see always mention TSP/Ciaran as the biggest bad guys for many reasons like their actions or leaked chats. All the evidence was shown in the past months, only thing that matters is just continue to see if another DB mods makes a new fucked up action in the site and getting caught by someone.

So if he wants total power over a board and userbase dedicated to discuss a series meant for girls that could be his grandchilds, I would say he can have it, since he clearly needs it more than anyone.

Well, let the he continues spreading all his “merits” to their sites he use (DB / FB) so he can be in a cool position with the rest of people, and of course eliminating the ppl who try to convince why he’s wrong with certain issue. Let his shinto powers accomplish something. :P
