Meh, those are already built, for example the “quarantine camps” in ’straya where you get broken into your house and thrown there even (especially) if you never left said house and self-isolated. Or the FEMA (who has entirely far too many permissions) camps in USA. Just repurpose them.

Just witnessed someone in the pic’s comments handwave all of communism except stalin because nazis worse. I hate the US education system.

Ironic (but potentially wrong depending on whether you count by reasonable means, or by “turn 9 actually reported rapes into thousands by erroneous extrapolations” seriously, commies had plenty of real crimes, faking the crimes and the numbers only hurts your positions), especially considering USSR had a lot of space to exile people into instead.
