weird. on my end it still says you have to mail them and give them your email address and phone number wich is ridiculous in my honest opinion. i figure its to stop people from just mass dnp’ing as a knee jerk reaction to this being a haven for “unwanted art” but it still doesnt feel right.

dnp’s are more a tool for artists who want to keep edits of there art out or keep there art off a site entirely. its the artists choice. archive not withstanding. so no. dnp’s are inportant. and this sites system for them is horrendous tbh.

Pretty sure the admins don’t actually care about offering DNP, they were just forced to to try and and appeal to the pro-censorship crowd against the main mission of the website

Just some thoughts I’ve been having. If this is going to be an archive site, there’s no rationale for having a DNP list, honestly. Coming up with all these cutesy-wutsey conditions for maintaining a DNP functionally means there is no DNP. This place may as well fuse with rainbooru

“Oh, artists get exclusive rights to upload their art, but after three months of inactivity they become fair game :D” Like really, who does this try to impress? Anti-censorship people see this for the excuse it is, pro-censorship artists are crying already. Man up and just say you’re for one side or the other

It’s even funnier because in order to even get a DNP listing, you have to register to use the site, thus making you subject to the Terms of Use in Rule #12. A pro-censorship artist’s art is getting onto this site one way or the other, one just has a pretty little license to go with it that they have no choice but to give the website already

And if the DNP categories don’t straight-up include a total opt-out category (no reposting, no edits, no commissions, etc.)… it’s really just a dick-measuring contest with rainbooru at that point

Grow a spine and just do away with DNP on this site entirely, we’ll all feel a lot better

Default search

If you do not specify a field to search over, the search engine will search for posts with a body that is similar to the query's word stems. For example, posts containing the words winged humanization, wings, and spread wings would all be found by a search for wing, but sewing would not be.
