Did the brake pedal do the same thing as the gas pedal? That happened to me once. Then I caught air and flew off the bridge because it had a ridiculously steep decline followed by a sharp turn. Hit the river and then realized I was, one, driving a school bus, and two, it could drift on water.
 
Then I woke up. My school bus dreams were weird.

Now I had a weird car dream. I was in a rough-looking city at night. I was driving a car, specifically only one I had driven in real life. But something was different. I forgot the most important part. And I realise it’s a dream and wake up.

Something else I thought about. When do people have dreams? When I’m out for five or ten minutes, I have very high chance of having a dream. But in a full hours long sleep, nothing.

Anyway, I just had this one. I’m watching some sport game live, may have been baseball or association football. The players are all very large men, extremely extremely black, as in having the darkest skin tone possible. The audience is super quiet, except for a woman in the front row who keeps shouting random quotes from shows. One of the players approaches the audience and tells her to shut it.

I want to say this was in the Summer of 2000, or 99. This was one of the coolest dreams I’ve ever had. Such an amazing story with the survivors of Atlantis and vampires and demons. It was the start of an epic adventure. Everyone was speaking a language that I didn’t understand but I knew what they were saying because the dream had subtitles. It was such a beautiful language. I wrote it down and I’ve been waiting for part 2 for 20 years now and I still don’t know what happens next, which sucks because it’s one of the coolest stories I’ve ever seen.
 
In 2008 or 09 I was at a library and I overheard people talking in Russian. It sounded very similar to what I remember of the language of that dream. Such a beautiful language.

I had a really weird one last night. I was in this post-apocalyptic world filled with Godzilla kaiju. I was going on a road trip for some reason. I saw Megalon at one point and the dream made him extremely detailed for some reason.

2 lucid dreams within the same five minutes. Each was only about 30 seconds long but they count. I don’t recall how the first one started. Somehow I was in my room or the hallway or somewhere when all of a sudden it hit me that I was dreaming. I had to act fast to take advantage of this because I knew the alarm would go off in five minutes so I ran to the bay window and pushed myself through like it was made of a sheet of plastic. It was a bit tight on my neck but I made it through. I thought about running down the street (the first thing I think of doing in lucid dreams is running as far away as possible for some reason, but running is always like running through molasses so if I want to go faster I just force everyone else to move slower than me, since it’s impossible to make my own dream body go any faster) but I had a better idea. I lifted off the ground and for the first time in a very very long time I flew! It was just a few inches off the ground. I was on my stomach sliding around on a cushion of air, spinning in circles and knocking around against things, but it was so much fun.
 
I had a false awakening. I was in bed on my stomach, which I never do. I got up and went to the living room. I met someone I knew couldn’t possibly be there and realized this is another dream. We talked for a short while before the alarm went off and I woke up for real.

Vehicles in my dreams are never proper vehicles.
 
I was “driving” on the highway in a dream, but it was just me walking kind of fast (17 mph), but there was someone with me who was being dragged along, floating in space, as if we were both in a car. I still got motion sickness.
 
A few days ago me and some other people were picked up by a “car” at the mall that was really a tractor pulling some sort of crate that we had to all hang onto while it putted along.
 
In another dream I was riding on top of a car like it was a surf board or something and when traffic got too heavy I turned into mist and went inside the car for fear of being hit by other vehicles. It never occurred to me that if I can turn into mist there’s no way any solid object could hurt me.

POST-APOCALYPTIC PONY DREAM
 
I’m a unicorn in this one. I’m exploring a Fallout Equestria style wasteland. The sky is completely blocked off with dark clouds. I am approaching some sort of abandoned village. I see energy weapon fire from nearby. I take shelter in a tower.
 
I look out the windows and see that the energy weapons are being fired by “machines”. They look like Dwarven Centurions from Skyrim, except much lighter and faster. They are approaching my tower. I cast an invisibility spell on myself. They enter the tower. They begin to cover over the entrances with some material. I panic, and run right past them before I’m completely sealed in.
 
As I run away from the tower, I fade away, then everything else does as well. I realise it was a dream, and wake up.

I’m beginning to notice a pattern here: the end of the world and ponies. I like it; certainly never had cool dreams like this before.

Just had this one. It’s like some mess of elements from different games: Half Life, Fallout and Skyrim. I’m exploring some post-apocalyptic half-destroyed factory. I need to sneak past slavers to explore the place. I find a huge undecorated stairway, but it is full of excited headcrabs. At the end I find a pile of iron ore in front of a running furnace. But there was a slaver there; he sees me and takes out a crowbar. I throw one of the pieces of iron ore at him.

I had a dream about watching the Dino Fury premiere. It was probably way better than what we’ll actually get. Mick,along with Victor and Monty (in their Kudabot disguises) sneak aboard an alien ship and rescue a prisoner,Zayto. Zayto gets strange visions once on Earth,and they lead him to a forest. Phineas,the Troblin(half troll,half goblin) leads him to Dinohenge,a circle of stone statues of dinosaurs.  
The rest is fuzzy,but I’m guessing the actual show is gonna suck hard.

It’s probably the result of a rapid decline in real world mental health.
 
I think it’s worth it. It’s certainly better than the mundane and disgusting dreams I had before.

APOCALYPTIC PONY DREAM
 
I am an upper-class filly in Canterlot in this dream, I will underline part that makes me aware of this. Basically, I am in Canterlot during a world-ending flood. The architecture of the city is clearly visible and correct. I see Shining Armor there, but he is swept away by a huge wave of water. A peasant stallion picks me up on his back, and I whine about that as we try to escape.

For almost a decade I’ve had nightmares about being forced to go to school no matter how old I get.

For the last two years I’ve had periodic nightmares about being hunted by t-rexes.

I had a Torment: Tides of Numenera dream. This is strange, as I have never actually played that game.
 
Basically I was talking to some girl child, but I was selecting what to say from an interface that looks like the one from that game. But I wasn’t choosing what to say myself, I was rolling a transparent six-sided die (I really have four like it) and selecting answers based on that. I kept rolling even numbers only. When I ask something (may have been “where are your parents?”), I gain in the Red Tide (the one of passion, emotions and so on).
