Transexual people (even fake ones like Chris) are never put in general population for safety reasons so that’s never going to happen.  
Knowing Chris’s crazy dumb luck he will be released next month after his hearing is over, hoever he doesn’t have a place at his old home anymore and is anyone’s guess how he will react after finding out that his prized toys, comics and games were thrown out.

It’s a very low bar if clean clothes, non-microwaved food, and junk food are all that’s needed to keep him happy. There’s also the fact that he no longer has any of the chores or responsibilities he might have had to do when he lived at home.
 
He’s only been in jail for a couple of months and he still has regular contact with the outside world. The fact that people keep sending him letters is enabling his delusions about being a cult leader. At some point though, I expect the attention will dry up and he’ll be left alone. It might take months, it might take years, but at some point wouldn’t the novelty of him being in jail and founding his own religion wear off? Or am I underestimating the power of weenery?

Short update: according to his lastest phone call from jail, Chris seems to like being behind of bars, but his grip on reallity is weaker than ever.
 

 
From what his letters and phone calls have revealed so far, Chris is taking his jail time as a vacation at a hotel where he is not allowed to leave, but that’s it- he likes the food, likes the clean clothes he gets to wear and likes the junk food he’s allowed to buy from the jail store, plus he likes how the phone calls and letters he’s allowed to make and send still allow him to e-beg for more free money.  
So basically he still hasn’t understood that jail time is something that people gets when they do bad things.

From what Kiwifarms has revealed, she was already in pretty bad shape, both physically and mentally before the car accident.  
Chris’ retarded version about “caring” for her needs didn’t help either for Barb’s health.

Speaking about Barb, she got charged with over $ 100 on fines and court costs for her car accident from last month, since it was her fault.  
That woman is really having a miserable way to spend her final remaining months.

I’ve said this before, but I don’t think the tugboat gets cut off until he actually gets convicted for something.  
As far as the Social Security Administration is concerned, he’s still an innocent man.  
You know, ‘presumption of innocence’ and all that.
 
At least now it’s going towards Barb’s debts and medical bills instead of legos.

The tugboat may still be in play. It sounds like the time he’s been waiting for his trial doesn’t count for the thirty days cutoff. Either Barb is receiving it in full, or she can’t access it, and it’s been building in his bank account this whole time.
