Well he’s born in 80s and that Virginia laws are very bad for not to reserch his history background since George Floyd incident that changes the rules

Technically, he was never convicted so as far as governments are concerned it didn’t happen.

He’s not on probation or parole, so the US government can’t stop him from leaving.
He isn’t considered a felon, so the Finnish government didn’t stop him from entering.

Well when I read of his history of traveling to Finland is during in April 2024 and 26 of September 2024 to now that he travel twice in this year… Not bad for his Social Security check hogger for going to an expensive trip to Europe.

Chris was convinced to leave his home country to travel to a foreign place where he can’t even speak the local language, and now his survival is entirely on his current handler’s hands. Nothing stops them from simply abandoning him to his luck if he refuses to obey to whatever he’s ordered to do or say, and Chris himself has no way possible to return to the US on his own.
