Can I just point out how smart the Adopt a Highway program is? All they have to do is say they’ll put your name on a roadway sign and the government gets free labor. That’s even more cost effective than when they make low risk prisoners/parolees do it.

That’s the biggest crock of bullshit I’ve heard since yesterday when a Best Buy worker told me to commit fraud by using a fake name to buy a computer.

Yes. Adopting a highway is volunteering to clean up the roadside at least 4 times a year. More depending on traffic.

Chris’s preventive quarantine is over and so, today he was moved to Central Virginia Regional Jail for the rest of his temporal jail time. This means that from today on, he will be living and interacting with other inmates so Chris is finally at risk of being beaten or worse.
 
According to Kiwifarms, the usual weens and orbiters might try to pay for Chris’ bail once it becomes available, so that’s at least one positive thing waiting for him.

Have they announced the date of the trial?

Chris will get a second hearing on September 16, but who knows how long it will take him to get a date for being properly judged.  
Until that day, he’s still locked without bail.

It hardly matters. Considering he emptied every bank account he could access before his arrest, there’s nothing for him to be released to but a few weeks of homelessness.

He still has his disability paycheck to afford a cheap apartament to live in. Or at least he could, if he could control himself and not blow all of his money on the first day.

What disability? Being fat, ugly, and obnoxious isn’t a disability.

I know a few people who have been in jail at one time or another. He’s probably mostly fine until he’s sentenced. He isn’t going to do prison well at all, though.

Some influencers have been spreading fake rumors that need to be cleared: No, Chris has NOT been stabbed and no, Chris is NOT asking for donations through influencers. He doesn’t even have internet access and will not have it for who knows how long.
