Putin had Lukashenko talk to Prigozhin for him. Prigozhin was convinced to cancel his march on Moscow.
The Wagner Group forces will return to their previous location.
Prigozhin himself will be in Belarus, and the criminal case against him and his forces dropped.

My conjecture: The russian state didn’t mobilise enough of their own troops for the 2022 escalation in Ukraine. So they had to rely too much on mercenaries, especially the Wagner Group. The resulting power of the Wagner Group was becoming a threat to the state’s monopoly on violence. So the state began demanding the subordination of the Wagner Group to the Ministry of Defence. Prigozhin viewed this as an existential threat to his private army. At the same time, he greatly overestimated the support he would recieve in Russia for rebellious actions.

I don’t know. The list increases by the minute. Just as they’re trying to expand the list of hate crimes by claiming a pride flag crosswalk, in the middle of the road, where cars drive, having tire marks smeared over it is vandalism and a hate crime.

No one can understand why the cook suddenly cancelled his victorious march to Moscow.
