Iunno. Pre-2.0, there was a brief period where it seemed like the norm, the idea being every green left incomplete meant the writefag got filly’d, and a few prompts and shorts popped up about that. But then two big dark/abuse greens dominated the threads I think a lot of prompts got drowned out. Just my take on it, at least.
