I just hear an obvious stand-in for an actual insult or swear that the writers had to come up with because, even though every child in the show’s target audience cussed like an angry sailor, they weren’t allowed to have the kids in the show do so. Tommy can’t call billy a fucking prick but he can calling him a nargeling chud.

Oh, it’s not a stand in, it’s supposed to be an equivalent term to Cuck. Since the “Alt-Right” popularised that word. All twelve of them.
 
The thing is though, “Cuck” is sharp, stinging. Even if you don’t know what it is, if someone calls you a Cuck, you know it’s an insult.
 
“Chud” is just so blunt. It sounds like a brand of laundry cleaner.

And that still doesn’t change the fact that they’re obviously using it as their equivalent term for “Cuck”, in the sense that they use it the same way: A catch-all insult for anyone who disagrees with them ideologically.
 
And they’re salty that it hasn’t taken off in the same way because they’re bad at making memes.

I’m part of that group too. I’d rather be a rational and reasonable human being who still believes in the rule of law along with some social, cultural and moral standards than a self-righteous and rabid animal.
 
These people think we’re Nazis. Real Nazis or National Socialists believe in “ just following orders” which wasn’t accepted at the Nuremberg trials as a valid defense after the war.
