Huh. Yeah. What happened to him? He was the biggest name in the world for, like, two months and then suddenly it’s like someone ripped him out of the timeline entirely.

I love Bob Seger, he’s one of my favorite musicians of the 70’s and I love his brand of blues, rock n roll and folk.

He was way bigger than just two months. He was very successful in the late 90’s and early 2000’s because of the Latin pop craze and then got put in the backseat for the rest of the decade until the early 2010’s when his career got revived because of the club boom. After that ended, his success was more middling by the middle of the decade when he switched back to making Spanish music and now he’s no longer famous anymore. The last time he was relevant was in 2014.

Speaking of vanishing musicians, has anybody heard anything of/about Ronald Jenkees? It’s been 9 months since his last post (Halloween remix on Halloween) and I don’t remember him ever having such a long gap between posts.

Rogue Galaxy was tragically overlooked. Probably a result of coming out right at the end of the PS2’s generation. And as a bonus, have the version they didn’t use that I personally think is even better.

Here’s one of the commercials made with that song featured, the guy is screaming ¡Déjame uno!  
(which translate to Leave me one!, meaning the last piece of chocolate)

Been getting into cover songs a lot more.

My radio station will play this type of music on Sunday morning from 5 to 7 A.M.
