I’m someone who never even posted until that trash Atlantic article’s nazi image appeared on DB. Everything’s gone mental in the last 6(?) months, but maybe it’s time for a change of scenery. A lot of sites feel like they’re going stale or rotten so maybe it’s for the best.

As much as I’m all for free speech and the like, I’ve got to admit that I haven’t noticed much of a difference on derpiboory. It’s not the first time we’ve had to deal with using a platform that limits it’s users. I mean, just look at youtube.
The only reasons creators are on youtube is because its still the best and only option, that and many alternative sites arent as well developed or have nothing better to offer monetization wise or service wise, this does not apply to the current situation as derpibooru is open source and can be replicated and improved with relative ease

Duck badges are one thing (they’re fairly transparent), personal shit list is another.
Also, multiple people with two duck badges, and pikapetey with his king duck.

tbh i agreed with most of the duck badges. they were always on fucking troubled cases. one of my faves was “Abandoned fowl returned to its uncaring owner” which was a tag applied to someone who tried to make a new account to get rid of there duck badge cause they wouldn’t stop sharing there un related fetishes on images (like death and murder on non grimdark images. or sharing how they want to see people boiled down gruesomely and some shit.) idk.
To which I restate: his grandfather would be ashamed of having a grandson do literally exact same things actual nazis did while claiming he’s fighting against nazis.
And he would also be ashamed of a grandson so weak that he has to run and hide behind ghost of a grandpa whenever challenged.

I’ll take your word for it. I just know that I was checking them out yesterday after hearing what they were used for and they only said “it’s a mystery”.

Mystery scroll badges are TSP’s personal shit list (i.e. ebil 4chins). Pagan’s was phrased like that for years. And duck badges tend to nigh-always have unique text.
