Yeah, I just didn’t think to look at the tags. To me it looked like a pegasus painter surrounded by rings of wings. I thought it was just the artist being weird.

If you read the descriptions in the Bible, angels are actually terrifying eldritch abominations from another dimension.
Ezekiel 1:15-18
Ophanim, a type of angel that appeared in the bible that has become memed as of late because of how scary and bizarre it is compared to the popular conception of angels. As someone who is a Christian, I was actually shown this in Sunday school as a kid and used to these and other more “odder” angels, though I don’t know how normative this is for the more mainstream denominations considering I am of a smaller very conservative group compared to the mainstream evangelicals, mainline and catholics.
