In my headcannon, the main humans of Tarzan dwell in the African wilderness; occasionally going to the wilderness of Asia, Europe, Australia, North America, Central America, South America, and Pellucidar (an underground world where prehistoric life survives). And they feed on fruit, vegetables, edible plants, and fungi; the meat they feed on being fish, insects, arachnids, crustaceans, and worms. And light bonfires. And use melee and projectiles. Many might think they be fusions of Stone Age hunters and Medieval warriors.
