The DB administration is well known for banning anyone who speaks to them too smartly or proves them wrong.
Or they just ban to protect an artist they personally like, or not get in the way of trolling an artist they don’t like.
They do whatever they want.

I don’t know the exact situation, and this is just my own guess.
There must be something to do with what you posted or commented that made you so “special” to be banned several times.
I think it’s better to consider your own behaviors than complaining how many times they’ve banned you.
After all, there are lots of users who haven’t been banned even once.

Derpibooru uses a technique known as fingerprinting, I believe. They build a unique profile of people who visit their site using a variety of information, IP address, browser, browser plugins installed, screen size, etc. There are ways to spoof that information along with using a VPN and such, but without certain workarounds they can keep track of people, especially those they intend to ban.

You probably got banned because, even though you put the Anonymous option on. You still created an account. You don’t need an account to post and comment there, you know.
And even if you still need an account to build your collection of favorites and stuff. You can still create a separate an empty account, just for that, on a separate browser profile so that you don’t have to log in every time. Or just do that on Ponerpics.

You can still get banned from Derpibooru even if you’re posting art and comments as an Anon.

I used to hang out on Derpibooru as an Anon for years and I still got banned from Derpibooru many times.

That’s why I moved here years ago. I just got fed up with the Derpibooru mods banning me from their website too many times and just left their website for good.

Now I wouldn’t say THAT. There are definitely other people there.

I know a life hack solution how to not get banned on DB or whatever. You’re just NOT creating an account.
Post all your art and comments as Anon and you can’t be bann. Of course they can still delete your things, but they can’t ban you.
What’s the point of banning accounts in the first place, you might ask… I don’t know, they’re fucking retarded.

Then it really is a good thing I changed my mind about creating an account there. And I think there are some people from Derpibooru who are also on E621 too. And the admins there are about as toxic as Derpibooru. We REALLY need a better furry site than E621 because there are no other words to describe how power hungry they are. They will ban you for literally anything. Sometimes not even giving that person a chance and just ban them permanently. Oh yeah and they have a stupid amount of rules that it’s you won’t even remember half of them so you could get banned for something you didn’t know was against the rules because there is WAY TOO MANY OF THEM! Oh yeah and their rule against creepy comments towards the characters in the images posted there is especially a stupid rule. Now I can agree some people go a bit too far with their creepy comments and usually they do make me cringe a bit. But I think it is really stupid how people will literally get banned for saying a simple thing like “I wish that were me”. I really think they overreact to those comments.

Last I checked, Furbooru is run by Derpi mods, so yeah.

In addition, there’s also a Manebooru. :)
