Quite right. Which is why we should be selective and particular about who from among the Derpi exiles we allow to take up residence here. Border security, if you will.
@Quackerjack
Oh, so YOU’RE the one who downvotes. How am I not surprised? And now I’m kind of get the feeling that you don’t actually hate Spike at all. And to be honest while I don’t like seeing Spike getting abused. The spikeabuse is just getting old to the point where I feel like even you have run out of ideas. Also I would like to let you know. Spike is not the only character that gets abused a lot. And I’m not just talking about in MLP. I’m talking about in digital media entirely. And just like Spike they are characters beloved by fans and critics alike. And they’re characters who really don’t deserve it much like Spike. I mean what about characters like Squidward from SpongeBob. He gets abused a lot whenever he really doesn’t deserve it. Oh yeah, and what about Freddy Benson from iCarly? He gets abused by Sam a lot in that show. Tom from Tom and Jerry? He gets abused. And get this, the Mane 6 have had about as much abusive moments Spike has. The least you could do is give the little guy some respect and credit for how much he has really developed as a character. I really love how he started off as just a sidekick to actually being more of a main character just like the Mane 6.
@Daneasaur
I don’t like the behavior Twilight has towards poor Spike in that comic. But I like how accurate it feels to be a canon backstory comic. And that part of the comic especially is honestly my favorite section of the comic. Not because of the way Twilight says all those hurtful things to the poor thing. But because I can relate to a situation like that. I too have been yelled at by people who were older than me and I was as terrified as Spike in that comic. Plus, it ends with a wholesome moment of Twilight’s realization about why Celestia REALLY gave Spike to Twilight. She wanted to give her a friend.

One of the comics. I’m just glad Sparkle’s Seven rectified that and pointed out that Spike was raised by Twilight’s parents and Celestia.
Reminder that for “mama twilight” to be a thing, Twilight’s parents and celestia are totally merciless assholes who drop a newborn member of an obscure species into Twilight’s care and force her to take care of his needs, resulting in her being so overtaxed and over stressed from everything happening that she takes out all her stress on him by horribly berating and harassing him.

Acting like Derpibooru is anything other than the autism control unit.
A: A couple of exiled idiots from Derpibooru who’ve decided to continue their moronic third grade playground feud on this site.
What is the comment section?
@AlsoSprachOdin
Not at this time of year.

Well I’m glad that’s not canon.

your current filter.
your current filter.Yeah, some dipshit thought this was “endearing” or something.
“horribly berating and harassing him.”
When does she do that?
Thankfully we know that never happened.
