Hola, here’s a stalling drawing for y’alls entertainment while I recollect myself from busy work and upcoming holidays 🙃.

Okay, so if you have seen my first post of the human versions, you may see a little difference between the two versions. Namely, the ears, lol. I simply just wanted to make them look more fantasy-like, so you could tell which race they’re, just by looking at their ears XP (and other features perhaps). I based them off of D&D elves and creatures, and my understanding of D&D is bleak, so please have mercy on me ;w;. However, if you have any suggestions or corrections, please tell me in the comments! ^^  
☆ Twilight Sparkle: If you recall, I made Twilight euroasian inspired (more specifically, British and Japanese). However, the type of elf I based her off was a High Elf. Basically an elf that is intelligent and has a fond understanding of magic. An elf fitted especially for Twilight. Twi also may or may not have Drow (dark elf) blood within her too. But I’ma save that another post 😌. So basically, as usual, in human form a unicorn is perceived as an elf. Your typical elf is shown to have them loooong ears, so there you go Twi. XD  
☆ Rarity: I headcanon her to be Nigerian, but with a French background (like name, language and whatnot). As I stated in this post:https://www.deviantart.com/theartfox2468/art/Star-AU-HC-Types-of-Corn-876362372, Rarity is a unicorn with close earth pony genes. And since unicorns are perceived as elfs, and earth ponies, more than likely as humans, this thus makes Rarity a half-elf. Simple as that. Hence that’s why her ears are both pointy and rounded.  
☆ Rainbow Dash: RD was Southeastern Asian inspired, more specifically Indonesian. But fantasy wise, my feisty girl is an avariel elf, a smol one at that XP. Avariel elves are basically elves with wings, so… there you go XD. Pegasi in the fantasy world are avariel elves. I made her ears different from your typical elf ears, just to make avariel’s more distinct in my headcanon.  
☆Fluttershy: She was Greek, and that’s it XP. But as the mystical being she is, she’s part aereni (wood elf) and part avariel. Why? Because as a pony, I headcanoned her to be half pony and half deer, and I feel like the deer of the forest in Mlp are comparable to aereni. Therefore, Fluttershy is both connected to the natures of the land and the natures of the sky. Fluttershy’s ears are big and rounded like that because I thought that it would be neat if her ears slightly resemble those of a deers. (I should’ve made them a little more angled down, but it’s whatever XP).  
☆Applejack: I made her to be Western European (Irish) with a Southern American background. Aj, or just earth ponies as a whole are, you guessed it, humans XP. I mean, there’s nothing wrong with that, I would still believe (headcanonically) that these “humans” would still possess some kind of godly strength and strong connections to the earth. So, normal human results to normal ears XP.  
☆ Pinkie Pie: She’s multiracial (African/European/Asain) but she’s more predominantly African-American (and related to Aj in some shape or form). Pinkie here is a special one. I’ma tell you know, her dad is a human, while her mother is half elf-half human. And with her momma having elf blood within her, this makes Pinkie able to hold magical abilities within her (I suppose). And this also makes her human ears somewhat pointy (hopefully you guys can tell).  
☆ Spike: He is Northeast Asian (mainly Chinese), and a drago XP. He is what is known as a half dragon, which can range from being an anthropomorphized dragon or an elf or human with dragon-like features (like horns, tail, wings, eyes, ears, teeth, legs and whatnot). But since this is the “human version” and not the “antro version”, this design of Spike clearly leans more towards “an elf or human with dragon-like features”. And yes, them ears are VERY distinguished XP.
