It has a lot of untranslatable slang and hispanic inside jokes, but I’ll try:
 
-The quantum shinning thingy, has charmed the Chilean  
-The Pisco (drink) is Peruvian  
-So shut the fuck up!  
-It is said that on Peru they eat pigeons  
-That on Bolivia they surf without having sea  
-That Argentinian people’s nose reach the moon  
-I want to know, if on Mexico they’ll jump Trump’s wall  
-If Venezuelan will sell, their arepas that are not as tasty as our tamal (questionable, I prefer arepas)  
-You may keep thinking, that latin americans live separately  
-But you should know, that we troll each other more thanks to the internet  
-The quantum shinning thingy, has charmed the latin americans  
-Everybody is singing, we understand each other because we speak Spanish  
-Oh nobody invited Spain, to this party where we troll each other  
-Let’s show solidarity  
-Get over here we are gonna laugh, about your “onda vital” (that’s how Spain translated the Kamehameha, which all latinos think is funny)
 
And that’s it, some of the jokes might be lost in translation.

It’s a parody of the Dragon Ball GT latin spanish opening, but they added latinamerican ponies with bunch of typical or clichés related to the spanish community.
