Ironically enough, there are people the fandom really should shun, but I’m pretty sure whoever created this wasn’t thinking of Wootmaster, MrMeow, MrNumbers, or TSP.

Unlike many other groups, we don’t take “hate” to mean satire, jokes, or anything people say with intended humor. And we don’t think Conservatism is a “hate group” either like many of the other groups who claim to be inclusive are. When we talk about hate, we mean genuine harassment or brigading someone else just because of any of their qualities, status, and/or opinions.  
People can discuss something without trying to censor someone else just because they said something that they disagree with. This also applies to any works of fiction created. Creating aryanne art does not count as “spreading hate or exclusion”

Cancel culture was born out of rallying cries like this. I’m not convinced this ‘movement’ isn’t more of the same. The key words breed doubt as well. Tolerance is too often used to mean “my side”, and apolitical “my beliefs”.
 
Moreover, as others have already said, blind tolerance and inclusion doesn’t work. The altboorus wouldn’t exist if it did.

Too much peace in this messeage. Love and Tolerance are NOT always the only answer. There’s a lot of bad persons in the world, even in the fandom; It really doesn’t matter where are you or where do you belong, it’s almost impossible to do not find a bad person in your community. Anyway! Getting back in the matter… I agree, the fandom should be apolitical, making some exceptions, because the politics are a topic that it’s almost impossible to not touch, especially if you love the satire or comedy with real life situations. The problem is, the intolerance right now is too hard to handle; Is not necessary to look so far, we all know what happened to Derpibooru.
 
This is a challenge for the current society, which is hypersensitive. Political themes right now is almost impossible to handle, cause it doesn’t matter your ideals, there’ll be always a etiquette for you, and not good ones exactly. You cannot talk about freedom speech but try to make something apolitical too; Even if I agree with the idea, beign realistic this is non-viable, for the things I mentioned before. The freedom speech is broken, in millions of fragments; We can’t do nothing to save him completely for now. And now the fandom is stain; Probably always has been since the LGBTQYXV+-² makes the ponies their mouth-pieces.

I agree with the concept, but the issue is that free speech and free expression are both non-negotiable. Another issue is that hate and exclusion have their place and use in society. A real pedophile, rapist, murderer or other serious felon are all people you should hate to some extent and exclude.
 
Yes, the fandom should be, at it’s core, apolitical. But, we as the people, members of the fandom, should be allowed to express ourselves. To think you’re going to remove any of this is just silly. We shouldn’t accept any injection of politics, unless it’s a small gag. But, discussion is freely open, and shouldn’t be opposed.
 
While the core concept is good, hatred and exclusion, and freedom of expression and speech, all have the upmost importance in society because it is what allows us to stay strong and prosper.
