Though the queen appears to be as cold and hard as her marble palace, she does have her softer side, represented by the scene of natural beauty outside. The cherry blossoms blowing in the wind symbolize change, and the way Fleur holds her blade straight up shows that she strives for justice and honesty in all her dealings.
 
I’m going to put up the King of Swords tomorrow and then take a couple weeks off for finals before I start on the Wands.
