I have been aware of it (and considering ciaran to be an ultra dense incompetent retard) for years, after a confrontation in IRC where I said that I’ve had a single shrink visit in early childhood, over a decade ago at the time (with diagnosis but no treatment whatsoever, presumably because >the shrink didn’t tell the mother what she wanted to hear) and he kept responding with “yOuMuStFoLlOwThEtReAtMenTpLan”.

I know I wasn’t. I never posted in the Derpi forums. My first exposure to the staff was the Aryanne ban. I had no idea who anyone was. When I saw the leaks of Derpy Whooves being talked up as some brilliant conflict resolution expert and then saw him in action, copping attitude with dissatisfied users on the forums, I took him to be some greasy-faced 19-year-old with delusions of competence.
Oh, one of my first interactions with him when he became a site assistant was when he broke rule 0 and was reprimanded, but of course it was nothing more than a slap on the wrist.
You may be right, ¿but how many users do you think that Ciaran aka Derpy Whooves has threatened before from the first day he arrived in Derpibooru? I’m sure several and they at least already know what Ciaran looks like physically, probably some will say
