These 10 years have been absolutely fucking insane.

I like when MLP would have little references to my favorite movies.

I couldn’t think of better place to put this.
 
The first time seeing seasons 1 and 2 of FIM really felt like this spark.
 

 
At the time, I thought it was just because it was a good show. But FIM left to me an impression of distant possibilities and impossibilities that I never could have considered otherwise. That impression was so strong, that the repeated total discreditation of the show, the franchise, and even life itself; have all been unable to reach it.
 
In short, it was a lot of fun to share such a good show with people. But, this “spark” is why I stayed even after the show’s quality declined sharply.

I felt the same way. Even up to last year. I hadn’t watched the show in a while because it turned to shit and the fandom turned to shit but during the early days of the coof when they gave us free TV I watched ponies every day and even though the new episodes sucked I still felt the magic from when I started in 2011.

No matter how cute you think a pony is, it’s a good chance their mom is cuter.

Izzy’s actually wearing Rarity’s dream dress turned nightmare by the Tantabus. Or, at least, a very similar style of dress, there are differences between the two.

I was looking through the FIM episode transcripts. I found it quite interesting that the word “wizard”, including forms with suffixes and endings, is so rare outside of the episode “The Crystalling” where it occurs often. It never occurs in seasons 1, 2, 3, 8 or 9. It also never occurs outside of a two-part episode.
