Pinkie introduces Marble as her “baby sister, who’s only a few minutes younger” than her in Hearthbreakers.  
It’s kind of a quick line, somewhat easy to miss.

Do we have an official stance on whether the Spa Twins are actually twins or not, or even sisters to begin with?  
As far as I know, there’s no “word of god” either way, but Derpi, PonerPics and Twibooru all have them as twin sisters in their tag descriptions.  
Though the other two seem to have just copied theirs from Derpi, mind you.
 
Not a tag question per se, I know, but it is relevant to tagging and implications…

I’m not sure. It might have been mentioned in the earlier appearances, but it’s certainly generally-accepted fanon at this point.
 
I would say that, regardless of it’s canon status, if an artist intends something to be incest then it is incest. Though those are just my words and shouldn’t really be taken as a statement of site policy.

Well, that’s relevant too, but I was mostly driving at whether they should be tagged as twins as a routine matter, or if the Spa Twins tag (and spacest for that matter) should imply twins etc.
