You can choose to wait or send one now, doesn’t really matter. All users have to do it eventually if they want access back to their accounts.

It should not be, but I can test later and see what’s up with it if it’s not functioning. One will have to reset the main password regardless but TOTP should not have been changed.
If it’s still failing submit an email to ops and we’ll reset 2FA on the account provided the email comes from the email of the account.

Who is limiting mail? Google or PB’s provider? With all the spam that makes it through, why is legit mail being blocked?

OK, I got the reset email but it’s asking for 12 characters in the new password?? C’mon, this isn’t that kind of site.

What do you mean by good password management? 12 chars is too much for the system I use.

If you’re suggesting a password manager then (1) not everyone uses it and (2) I log in manually incognito, I’m not opening up a password manager every time, I just type it in.

If you have hotmail, Microsoft is blocking ponybooru’s mail. Don’t bother retrying, just make a new email account for your account and email the ops address with the change to make.

if you’re still using hotmail you should consider switching to literally anything else as this isn’t the first time we’ve had issues sending to microsoft emails.

Advisors suggest using Proofpoint for emails, but it’s super expensive and email is supposed to be an open standard so I’m not paying for proofpoint on principle.

I’ve submitted a support ticket to get them to unblock us.

Our noreply email system just got 30 notifications of undelivered mail for blocklist, maybe they unblocked already.
