Now that this site will allow this content I have some questions in regards to the tagging:
 
  1. Will this be a separate tag of it’s own or would it be related to other tags of it’s kind like foalcon?
     
  2. Is the loli/shota tag strictly for humanized or would it apply for anthro as well?

Browsing the tags, it seems there’s very little cross-contamination. Foalcon seems to exclusively apply to ponies, and loli/shotacon to humans.
 
The only question left is anthro. Searching “foalcon,anthro” only turns up one image, while searching for loli and shota anthro turns up no results. I don’t know if that’s because there’s no anthro foalcon, or…

I suspect the anthro pics will ultimately end up under “loli/shota”. Or possibly “anthro loli/shota”.

It really ought to be foalcon for non-humanoid underage, and loli/shota for anthro/humanized, as it’s always been.
 
The distinction has surely always been about the type of body, not strange discussions about whether or not anthro ponies classify as being closer to ponies or being closer to humans.

The distinction has surely always been about the type of body, not strange discussions about whether or not anthro ponies classify as being closer to ponies or being closer to humans.
 
Replica is right here, err on the side of caution and if you think it could be considered that, please tag it as such. I think this is one of the few cases where you could argue “that’s over tagging” but I’m not going to complain here.
 
I’d rather people tag it as such, if they consider it. If it’s ponies, then it’s foalcon. If it’s decidedly moving away from pony, then tag it appropriately please.

I’m inclined to agree with this. Anthro loli/shota content being tagged, for example: “lolicon, anthro” would still allow separation of the two categories.

This here. No need for more than that, really, I doubt there’s enough anthro-pony-on-human-loli images out there to require a distinct tag.

I think the same rule from Derpi should apply here: If it’s a humanoid child in a sexual or fetish situation, then it’s taken a big step beyond foalcon.

But how big is it really cause either way bipedal or feral its still underage art. So by allowing the latter just because one stands on two legs and the other on four is just redundant. There is a reason for the filter and that is it, if you don’t want to see that stuff ever again just use it.

I think the point is that the distinction can be the same. Except derpi will delete it, while pb will add the lolicon tag. Different action, same classification of images.

Be sure to add the ‘lolicon’ or ‘shotacon’ tag to your filter in this case.
 
EDIT: In regards to your edit about ‘anthro’ this can most likely be accomplished with complex filters as well. I am honestly not familiar with how they work as I don’t use filters, but I’m sure someone else could help you out there.
