Embarrassing moments: the bad, the worst and the ugly

As it says in the title. What are your most embarrassing moments in life you remember to this day?

Being in middle school and trying to fart silently in class. It turned out to be the loudest, longest fart I ever had.

I remember seeing a future aunt-in-law lookalike and called out to her. I still remember it vividly.

At work I went to the bathroom,and walked out not realizing some toilet paper had fallen off the back of the toilet,and was stuck to the back of my pants. I was there for at least an hour,and no one said anything.
