Parents: Twilight Sparkle x Trixie  
Name: Tinker Shine  
Tinker is what happens when two magically talented unicorns (ahem unicorn and alicorn) end up experimenting and things go haywire. A few accidental spells later, there was a baby unicorn between them that after a test turned out to be a child of them both. Oops. Twilight and Trixie were not romantically involved, especially with Twilight soon finding out that she’s pregnant with Flash Sentry’s child. They decided on split custody, with Trixie staying in Ponyville until Tinker is old enough to start traveling with her on the shows.  
Tinker grew up to love magic and inventions and her dream was to become an alicorn like her mum. When she asked Twilight about it, she got a long speech about friendship and responsibility so she figured she could make herself wings faster. So she did. She attached them when it was Trixie’s turn to take care of her as Twilight would’ve never let her. Needless to say, Twilight nearly had a heart attack when she saw Tinker fly into her.  
Tinker is an inventor/mad scientist/magician and a girl with a loud, excitable personality who loves learning, books, magic and getting her hooves dirty with work. She is quite a handful.
