Except for the fact that simply isn’t happening, and you can’t cite so much as a single example to the contrary.
What kind of “rights” are we talking about here? Last time I checked, the constitution or other american laws don’t have exceptions for trans people when it comes to voting rights, property rights, free speech rights, your rights when police arrest you and so on….
Or are you talking about the “right to force other people to address you in certain ways” and other such “trans rights” that regular people don’t have in the first place?
I know, it’s just terrible - telling people that they can’t permanently mutilate children until they reach age 18 is just awful.
