Original Description:
Charity’s childhood best friend and the daughter of a very rich couple from a very rich family. She’s a sweet mare, and Charity loves her to bits, but she has a bit of a blind spot when it comes to the struggles of the lower class. After all, she’s been able to achieve everything she’s wanted in life so far. Shouldn’t everypony else be able to do the same if they work hard enough? Sure, she’d been given a monumental headstart by being born wealthy, and she’d never had to worry about where her next meal was coming from or how she was going to pay rent next month, but she still worked hard! She went to school every day, and practiced her viola every night, and attended all her parents’ fancy parties no matter how boring they were, and put up with countless horrible nannies over the years…. that was work, right?
Charity eventually leads Magnificent to discovering the less glamorous side of Canterlot life, and she’s horrified to stay the least. This wasn’t the glorious city she thought she called home. There were ponies starving on the streets and disheveled– but still inhabited?!– houses on every street corner, for heaven’s sake! This was the world her dearest friend was forced to live in?
Well, when one is confronted with such atrocities, one might just be tempted to rebel…
Nifty joins the squad with a burning determination to fix the problems in Equestria, a vague understanding of how to speak to the less well-off population, and a ludicrous amount of bits to help the cause.
