Okay, full disclosure - I traced over a base to get the pose and perspective down. Specifically this one from Nocturnal-Moonlight. Thanks, Nocturnal-moonlight! Probably Rainbow Dash, because I’ve been having a lot of fun trying to color and I think that it’d be fun to color somepony that’s so colorful.  
 
As for what’s happening here? Honestly? I have no idea. I like to think that Pinkie has some kind of wacky, zany scheme and her friends are trying to dissuade her but she’s about to do it anyway.
