Hey everyone,
Little bit more serious here, but I wanted to address this. I may have trouble keeping these same few words close to my own heart, and my own struggles with depression, anxiety, psychosis and PTSD are well known here.
I understand that at least some of you may be suffering with similar or even more severe mental health conditions than I am, and I just want you to know that even if I can’t understand exactly what you’re going through, I still care.
Please, if you feel like you need to speak to someone, please do it for your own sake. Talk to a mental health professional, a member of your family, a friend- whoever you feel comfortable with. Heck, talk to me if you feel that you have no-one else to talk to.
I may have my own problems, but if I can help you with yours, even if it’s just a place to vent in confidence, then I’d be honoured to do so.
