Light was walking by a mirror when she sneezed, causing a magical serge to happen. She ended up what seemed like home but then at the same time it was not. She decided to venture around this ‘alternate world’ and ran into a alicorn stallion. She asked where she was and who he was. They introduced themselves to each other and said that they were in Canterlot castle and that he could bring her to his mom. In the end things were sorted out and Light managed to concentrate enough (thinking ‘bout Mythic~) to get back home.
 
A little dialogue for you;
 
Light wandered down the hall of mirrors that looked strangely different as well as familiar. How do I find a way out of here and get back to my world? she said to herself. Thinking about it a little she giggled Wow, must be a lot of alternate universes out there. She felt herself run into something as she put a hoof to her head. “I’m terribly sorry miss.” came a voice. He held out his hoof as she took it, without notice.
 
“It’s okay, it was my fault any~~” she started before getting a good look at him. Her eyes widened as she saw a pair of wings on the unicorn’s back. “You’re an alicorn?” she said in shock as he gave a confused look. “Um yes. Are you new here?” he asked before realizing she had a pair of wings on her back. He looked back at her as she answered, “Well sort of.” He held out his hoof as he said, “Velvet Shade.” “Light Breeze.” she said shaking his hoof. “I was hoping if you can direct me the pony who…rules this place?” she said as he said, “You probably would want to see my mom. Just follow me, she’s somewhere around here.”
 
The two ponies walked in silence, not knowing what to say or do. Light cleared her throat as she said, “So, you’re an alicorn.” “Yeah, last time I checked.” he replied. “Never before has there been a alicorn stallion. A unicorn king maybe but not a aliorn.” she said. “Yeah.” he said lowering his head a little. That must of been a trigger word Slick move Breezie. “So tell me, did you earn your wings?” she said changing the subject. “Nope, born. You?” he said. “Born.” she replied.
 
Another silent moment. “Are you here with anypony?” he asked. “No. That’s what I’m trying to figure out.” she said. “Well my mother is very kind and loving. She’ll be able to help you, I think I see some of her flowing mane right now.” he said. “Flowing?” Light repeated before she stopped in her tracks. Up ahead she saw a tall alicorn female talking with a dark blue alicorn. “If you just tell her the situation your in she’ll be able to help. By the way, what situation are you~~” Velvet started before he was enveloped in purple magic as they teleported into another room of the castle. As Light Breeze paced back and forth Velvet started getting a little suspicious of this ‘new alicorn’. Who was she really and where does she come from?
 
“This can not be happening.” she said to herself. Taking a deep breath she said, “Okay, I can do this I just need to figure out a way out of here and talk.” Finally turning to Velvet he had his horn pointed at her as it glowed blue. “Alright I don’t know who you are but you got some explaining to do. Taking me like this isn’t a good look on you.” Light rolled her eyes as she said, “Look I know I’m a complete starnger to you but you got to trust me when I say this; I’m not from here, literally.” He raised a brow as he stood up straight saying, “What do you mean?” “Well who is your mom?” “Celestia.” he said not understanding. Light bit her lip as she said, “And…who is your father.” He narrowed his eyes as he turned away. “I don’t want to talk about it.” “Is it…Mirror Sombra?” she said. Velvet’s eyes widened as he snapped his head around to face Light. “H-How do you know bout Mirror Sombra?”
 
Light gulped, “Well because um…my parents are…Queen Celestia and King Sombra.” He narrowed his eyes as he got a better look at this pony. Her coat, a lighter version of his fathers, a flowing mane, like his mothers, and blue and aqua mint colors in her mane…the same colors from Sombra and Celestia’s mane color scheme. Once it finally clicked his jaw dropped. Light closed it as they stared at each for an awkward dose of silence. “This is awkward.” they said together. “So I guess that makes you my…sister?” he said unsure. “Honestly I don’t know.” she said, “But what I do know is that I got to get home. I can’t stay in this alternate universe, who knows what other stuff is…well different from my universe.”
 
Just then, Queen Chrysalis passed by the two alicorns with a alicorn-changeling like pony walked beside her. It was her turn for her jaw to drop as she recognized the features on the alicorn-changeling pony. Luna’s eye color and wings and swiss cheese legs and horn like Chrysalis. “I don’t even want to know how that happened, I just need to find Mo-I mean Princess Celestia and figure a way back home.” As soon as I get back, I’m going to find Aurora and give her a unforgettable hug. And cuddle tonight with Myth. she said in her thoughts as Velvet said, “Come on. Let’s go find her.”
 
Princess Celestia had just finished up a meeting as Velvet came to greet her. “Mother.” he said giving her a hug. “Velvet! My son.” she said hugging him back, “It’s always so good to see you.” She then took notice of Light. “Hello there, who’s your friend here Vel?“Celestia did a double take when she realized that his new ‘friend’ was a alicorn. “Who are you?” she asked calmly. The two alicorns shared a nervous glance. Light cleared her throat, “Well…”
 
After explaining the whole story, Celestia was left wide-eyed. “So, I was able to reunite with Sombra?” she said finally. “In my universe yes but I’m sure you’ll be able to reunite with Sombra here too. Someday and Velvet will be able to meet his father.” Light said. Velvet leaned to his mother’s ear, “Apparently in her universe Chrysalis is dead and Luna is married to a bat-pony?” The two looked at each other trying to contain there laughter. Taking a deep breath Celestia said, “Well, err um Light, it seems to me you just need to be able to concentrate to use your magic right.” “Then I  
I’m going to need to go to someplace quiet.” she said.
 
Celestia and Velvet were in the royal garden as Light calmly did some breathing. Before she started to use her magic she looked back, “You’ll reunite with Sombra. I know it.” With a picture of her parents, Aurora, and Mythic in her mind and heart, her magic sparkled up as the world around her started floating. Velvet and Celestia exchanged glances as Light opened her eyes to reveal pure white from the magic as she disappeared.
 
Light opened her eyes to find herself inside the castle hallway. She looked around, wondering if she was back. “Breezie?” came a welcoming familiar voice. Light turned to see her husband, Mythic standing there. She rushed to him and tackled him with a hug. “I’m back. I’m back. I’m back. I’m back!” she cried holding him tight. Mythic held her as he asked, “What do you mean by ‘back’?” Before Light could answer, a joyful voice came saying, “Cousin Light!” Light broke away from Mythic as she hugged the 5 year old filly. “Aurora! My little cousin, how I’ve missed you!” Light looked up at Mythic as he said, “Is there something I missed?” Light giggled as she went over to him. “I’ll tell you all about.” she said as she kissed his cheek.
