Just after finding his egg and raising the snake as her own, Melody Scales brought the little Coiler to a walk in the forest. She tends to bring him on safaris and exhibitions so he can slither around and coil whatever he pleased while she researched and studied. The smart mare followed him so he wouldn’t get lost, petting his coils and making sure he was safe. This time, the little Coiler didn’t wrap around any rocks or tree branches, but rather the lovely Melody’s arm. The snake looped multiple times from her shoulder to her hand and squeezing lightly due to his smaller body. Melody giggled, enjoying the company Coiler decided to give her. With a soft and warming smile, Melody gave the snake a boop to his snout, surprising the serpent and he hisses and wiggles. The pony and her snake spent the next few minutes in the peaceful forest before going back to the snake sanctuary, getting some fresh air and being at ease.

My dude Recipeh wanted her doodled, a fan character that he’s had for some time, and she was fun to draw. Of course, her snake friend is a bit smaller than how he appears in a reference pic of the two, but it does make for a cuter boop on the little noodle.

I took the liberty to give her some colored eyes, I find them to look lovely for her, and provide a nice contrast to her coat and mane.
