I think it’s more accurate to just use the stump tag when more accurate. I’m about to go through the amputee tag and add it where appropriate

If you have a prosthetic you’re missing a limb.
Now, I’m not sure about how fallout equestria goes but if there’s something about Blackjack having limbs and then not having limbs, she is most definitely an Amputee and there’s not really much to argue against that.

Regarding “amputee” tag, i’ve been arguing about it for a long time on derpi. I believe it’s applicable only when there’re either “stumps” only or they are visible despite the prosthetics(due to design for example).
So i think this tag is not applicable here.
