“For Brony Con, I wanted to do a side by side comparison of casual cosplayers (y’know, those of us who pull stuff out of our closet and make a character out of it) and intense cosplayers (those of us who actually go all out and make their own costumes from scratch or order parts from Japan :))
 
On the left is the insane frilly number I usually put Fluttershy in when it’s Spring. It’s got like three layers and yet it still barely covers her thighs :/
 
On the right is what I mostly saw, a simple yellow dress with some butterflies stitched onto the hem somewhere (all of which were EQUALLY adorable :heart:)
 
FSs were fairly scarce at Brony Con - the best one was Gala FS who made her own dress b/c she is superior in every way T_T”
