Backstory:  
Discord was once the ruler of Equestria due to Celestia and Luna being too young to rule, but he too was young and immature and got comfortable in his status and cause chaos and unrest among the land. Once Celestia and Luna grew old enough they put disharmony to rest, setting Discord to stone. Soon once the Elements of Harmony could no longer hold Discord to stone, he broke free. Thankfully, Twilight and her friends were able to reform him and keep him from causing chaos again. But that hasn’t stopped him. He does like to stir up trouble here and there. After marrying Celestia he has become a ruler of Equestria again, this time a bit more mature.
