:bulletpurple:I did a recent one that was based on chapter 5 when Twilight found Discord’s glasses in her bag
 
 
:bulletpurple:This time, this picture’s from chapter 4, “Lion Paw”, it’s the chapter where Twilight reflects on the events of “Return of Harmony”…especially the part where Discord ran his lion paw fingers down her cheek before she and friends went on a quest to search for the elements.
 

 
:bulletpurple:THAT scene…it was what launched one of the newest shippings to MLP pairing: DISCOLIGHT. :icondiscolight:
 
 
:bulletpurple: This is also a bit of a thank you to my friend :iconrustedrabbit: for making that AWESOME DiscoLight art piece Her favorite chapter in my story was “Lion Paw”, so I made this, with a RS touch. ;)
 
 
:bulletpurple: Okay, this picture seems almost too similar to the last one, except Twilight’s not wearing those funny glasses and Mordecai, or should I say Blondecai, is wearing a new shirt. IT’S A NEW DAY IN THIS PICTURE.
 
But the conversation is still pretty much the same…how guilty Twilight still feels about turning Discord into stone and that she can’t stop thinking about him. :(
 

 
 
In this picture:
 
Mordecai comes to Equestria and visits Ponyville once again where he meets up with Twilight in front of Sugarcube Corner. They simply talk and ask how the other is doing.
 
Twilight goes into simple conversation for a bit…then her voice trails off as she suddenly blurts out the name of Discord.
 
Though shocked, Mordecai can understand her. She’s been beating herself up over the guilt ever since she and her friends placed Discord in his stone prison again. Though Mordecai never met the guy but does hate him, he still feels pretty bad for his unicorn friend to feel such guilt…:(
 
He allows her to talk about things that remind her of him. Like that one time a lion came to Ponyville and she and Fluttershy took care of it.
 
And when that lion touched her cheek…
 
…no doubt it reminded her of a certain creature who had a lion paw as well.
 
And much to the bluejay’s shock as well as overwhelming, Twilight just REACHES for his wing and places it on her cheek, trying to re-enact the way Discord had touched her face.
 
And Mordecai’s trying to keep himself under control. Man, is he feeling hot right now. :lol:
