i found the premise to be quite nice, but looking at it from a purely analytics standpoint and this becomes incredibly silly.
 
one of the ruling bodies of the country, a princess, builds her own school, hires all of her friends who are not teachers, ignores all ACTUAL teachers, then when the school gets closed down for actually breaking the rules and nearly killing some of the students she just says “nope” and re-opens the school with her own curriculum that nobody even knows what it is…
 
the real kicker is that starlight glimmer a reformed villain who specialized in brainwashing and Marxist ideologies was the one that pushed the idea in the first place!
 
who am i supposed to root for?
 
the mega-racist that shut the school down for actual legitimate reasons, or the tyrant-dictators that are actively writing whatever they want the kids of the country to learn?
 
again this is all just a silly over-analyzing idea of a kids show but i found it funnier the more i thought about it.
