Cheese Sandwich & Pinkie Pie:  
Cheese always had a little bit of of crush on Pinkie ever since he stumbled upon the party she was throwing when they were younger. Of course Pinkie was a bit oblivious to this crush and didn’t quite understand why Cheese would get so blushy around her. Well a year or so later, Pinkie Pie headed to Manehattan after she was called to plan a surprise party for Junebug. There, she reunited with Cheese Sandwich, who agreed to lend a hoof in the process. After the party Cheese soon confessed his feelings to a stunned Pinkie and was surprised to find she actually had similar feelings. The two began dating and not long after, they were happily married.  
Soarin’ & Applejack:  
Soarin’ and Applejack meet during the after coronation party when Twilight becomes an Alicorn. They began dating, but it was up and down for a good while before they could agree on a long term relationship. After a while, with encouragement from many of the other wonderbolts, the two began to trust one another again and soon married.
 
Rarity & Fluttershy:  
Rarity initially had feelings for Fancy Pants, and Fluttershy had feelings for the fashionista unicorn as well. But Fluttershy initially did not want to steal her from Fancy’s hooves, and with some heartbreak, attended their wedding.  
There was eventually an argument, and while Fluttershy did her best to try and keep the two together, they ended up divorcing. At around the same time, Iron Will and Fluttershy were dating, but it was only briefly.  
The two eventually reunited at Carousel Boutique and after a talk, Fluttershy works up the courage to meet her near the bridge leading to Ponyville and confess to her. Rarity found she reciprocated after understanding her feelings, and the rest was history.
 
Spitfire & Rainbow Dash:  
Spitfire and Rainbow Dash had their ups and downs when Dash officially became a Wonderbolt. It was the sort of thing some celebrities go through when they fall in love. But then one night the two mares had a fight that led Rainbow Dash to fly off to clear her head and Spits to stay at the house to blow off some steam. Well Rainbow soon ended up at a bar to drink some of the pain away and soon ran into her old bully/crush from flight school Billy. Well needless to say; the two got a little too close for comfort, Spitfire and Dash apologized to one another for the fight, and Dash was back in training. Though not long due to sudden morning sickness and horrid mood swings; so when the two mares go to find out what the problem is they’re stunned to hear that Rainbow is in-fact pregnant. Thus causing Rainbow Dash to break down and confess what happened that night of their fight. And though she was hurt, Spits stood behind Dash through the entire pregnancy as her helpful marefriend. Sometime after Smokey is born, Spitfire proposes to Dash and the two soon marry.  
Lightning Dust & Twilight Sparkle:After Lightning Dust gets kicked out of the Wonderbolts Academy, Twilight gets the story from Rainbow Dash about what had happened in the academy involving her. She finds Lightning Dust while she’s packing her things, and to her surprise, doesn’t flat out scold her. Instead, she just gives her a moderate lecture, which opens her eyes a fair bit.Realizing that she could have had a pony like her at one point in her life, Dust makes a vow to meet up with her again.Years pass after Twilight becomes a Princess, she requests that she meet with Lightning Dust again. They do find her, and Twi learns that Dust had been taking her lesson to heart. With that affirmation, Twilight soon gives her the position of a royal guard.Lightning gradually shown feelings towards Twilight in the smallest of ways; complimenting her mane, fetching her a certain book she needed, etc. Well Twilight surprisingly found that she started to feel a small crush towards Lightning and soon asked if they could possibly have dinner one night. The two were dating in secret until Cadence finally asked about Twilight’s ‘little guard friend’ thus embarrassingly confessing the relationship between the two. And months later after Lightning comes back from a dispute between the ponies and Diamond Dogs, Lightning asks for Twilight’s hoof in marriage and excitedly accepts the proposal.
