If I had drawn this before the final I would have say some along the lines of: “you’re only crazy if you talk to yourself and other people hear you”
 
But now I have to talk more in depth about this. Clearly at this time she is cripplingly lonely. You can tell by the crack in her voice that she is hurting inside. Sounds like she about to cry too. All because of the society she was a part of turning the back on her after all she did for them. It could happen to anyone after all, we live in a society (Great movie by the way, but I think they made it Joker so people would see it:XD:)
